Arrival and departure
Check-in 2 pm – 10 pm. If you arrive after 10 pm, please let us know in advance. We can leave your room card for you.
Check-out 6 am – 11 am. If you leave before 6 am, please settle your room bill at reception the day before.
The night entrance and exit are on the first floor. The stairs are at the rear of the building.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.

Quiet hours
Please avoid unnecessary noise after 10 pm. If other guests disturb you, please let reception know.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. If you smoke in your room, we charge a cleaning fee of 50.00 euros. If smoking triggers a fire brigade call-out, you must pay the costs.
Visitors
People who have not checked in as hotel guests are not allowed in the hotel rooms.
Theft
The furnishings, towels and bed linen belong to the hotel. We report theft to the police. Please lock your room when you leave. We accept no liability for your valuables.
Damaged items
Please report broken or faulty items to reception. This also applies if you have caused the damage yourself.
Pets
Dogs are generally allowed. We charge additional cleaning costs for improper care or excessive soiling, such as faeces or urine. Damage, such as scratched items, is charged at the cost of the damage.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.

The night entrance and exit are on the first floor. The stairs are at the rear of the building.
