We process personal data only as far as necessary to run this website and to handle your enquiries. This notice explains which data that is, what we use it for and which rights you have.

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When a page is requested, the server briefly stores the IP address, time, requested address, amount of data transferred and the browser used. These logs serve the secure and stable operation of the site (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and are not combined with other data.

Transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR). Provider’s privacy policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and graphics are served from our own server; nothing is loaded from Google Fonts or other third parties. Data is only transferred to a provider once you explicitly open a reservation or booking tool (see below).

Through the forms for seminars, business enquiries, vouchers, job applications and contact you send us your name, email address, optionally a phone number, your message and the details belonging to the enquiry (for example date and number of people). We use this data solely to answer your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures) and delete it once the enquiry is settled and no statutory retention duty applies. Application documents are deleted after the process is completed unless you agree to a longer retention.

Form data is delivered to our mailbox via the email service Resend (Resend Inc., USA) on the basis of the standard contractual clauses. To protect against automated submissions we use a hidden form field and a timestamp, no captcha and no third-party service.

Online reservations are provided by tablex Gastro Software GmbH, Lassersdorf 10, 4201 Gramastetten, Austria. The reservation window is only loaded once you explicitly open it on the “Reserve” page. From that moment your IP address and the details you enter in the window are transferred to Tablex (Art. 6 (1) (a) and (b) GDPR). Provider’s privacy policy: TO BE ADDED (link).

Online bookings are provided by Mews Systems B.V., Amsterdam, Netherlands, as our processor. The booking window is only loaded once you explicitly open it on the “Rooms” page. From that moment your IP address and the booking details you enter are transferred to Mews (Art. 6 (1) (a) and (b) GDPR). Provider’s privacy policy: TO BE ADDED (link).

Links to Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, Instagram and Facebook lead to those providers’ pages. You only leave our website when you click; nothing of theirs is embedded on our pages.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Please write to office@dokl.at.
