Accessibility

We want every guest to be able to use this website. Our benchmark is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, as required by the European standard EN 301 549.

The website is largely compliant with these requirements. All pages can be operated with the keyboard, have a clear heading structure, sufficient contrast, text alternatives for images and labels for all form fields. There is motion in one place only (the dot on the start page); it is switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.

Known exceptions:

• The reservation window (Tablex) and the booking window (Mews) come from third-party providers. They only open when you click; we cannot fully verify their accessibility. You can always reserve and book by phone on 03112 59009 or +43 3112 5900.
• The PDF menu is a print version. The accessible version is the “Menu” page.
• Images marked “illustrative image” were created with an image generator and carry descriptive text alternatives.

The website was tested in September 2026 with automated tools (axe-core, Lighthouse) and by keyboard and contrast checks on all pages in both languages. This statement was prepared on 8 September 2026.
